Yes. We have a temporary staffing permit (HA 13-040564) and can dispatch interpreters, translators and other people with strong language skills.

Is there a probationary period for dispatching?

The first month after hiring is considered the probationary period.

Can you provide dispatch services for only 3 days a week?

Yes, we can dispatch translators and interpreters for commitments of one day per week or longer.

How do you assess the skills of dispatch staff?

We interview candidates in advance and conduct an assessment of their skills. We then propose optimum candidates for your request in light of experience and other factors.

What does "temporary staffing with the possibility of subsequent full-time employment" mean?

"Temporary staffing with the possibility of subsequent full-time employment" refers to a referral contract that is based on potential hiring as an ordinary full-time employee (or contract employee) at the end of the term of assignment if both sides are in agreement.

What is the ordinary term of assignment for temporary staffing with the possibility of subsequent full-time employment?

No more than 6 months for the same staff member.

When are referral fees paid for temporary staffing with the possibility of subsequent full-time employment?

Please pay referral fees upon the termination of the term of assignment and formal hiring of the staff. During the term of assignment, we will invoice you for predetermined hourly wages.

Can you refer people seeking full-time, ordinary employment?

Yes we have a personnel referral permit (13-YU-040557) and can refer interpreters and translators whoe meet your requirements.
