Are all instructors native speakers?

We have native-speaking instructors from Europe and North America and also bilingual Japanese instructors.
All of our instructors have at least 3 years teaching experience in Japan and are completely familiar with Japanese business practices.

Can you send non-Japanese instructors who are able to speak Japanese?

The majority of our native-speaking instructors are able to communicate in Japanese. Some of them are extremely fluent in Japanese and can be sent upon request.

Are online lessons available?

We offer online lessons on Skype, Teams, and ZOOM, and can also use other platforms upon request.

How late can lessons be canceled?

Lessons can be rescheduled if you contact us no later than 17:00, two business days prior to the scheduled date.
After this deadline, it will be treated as an absence and incur a cancellation charge (100% of the lesson fee).

Can you send instructors to locations outside of Greater Tokyo area?

We offer online lessons for people outside of the Greater Tokyo area.

Can you send an instructor for just 1 hour per week?

Yes, we can, depending on the contract. Please consult with us for more details.

Can lesson materials be customized for our company?

We customize 80% of the lessons provided to corporate clients. Lesson content, lesson times and contract periods can be flexibly adjusted to meet your needs.

Can we request the One Month Program only for specific people within the company?

Corporate contracts are available for one student or more.

Can lessons be provided at our location if employees enroll in the "One Month Program?"

Our instructors will provide lessons at your location for a minimum of 3 simultaneously enrolled students (if your office is located within the 23 central wards of Tokyo).

Can you provide Japanese language instruction for non-Japanese officers?

Some of our bilingual Japanese instructors are certified as Japanese language instructors. Please consult with us for details.
