Tell us about the kind of work you want done and any detailed requirements. This will allow us to use our network of more than 8,000 registered staff to identify ideal candidates. We think that detailed prior consultations are crucial to avoiding mismatches on both sides after the job has begun. Our coordinators are professionals in interpreting and translation. They will ask in detail about your operations, analyze your requirements and propose optimum staffing plans.

Hitting the ground running

The thing that clients tend to be most anxious about is whether the people who are being dispatched actually have the skills required. Ten Nine verifies these skills with unique interpreting and translation tests. We confirm our staff's skill level in detail in advance so that we are able to dispatch people suited to your project.

Follow-up

Our role goes beyond simply dispatching staff. One of Ten Nine's strengths is ongoing follow-up on our referrals. Our job is to be a bridge between you and the staff. We contact staff frequently, and work to improve operations and incorporate feedback so that we can maintain a high-quality dispatch service.

Dispatch fees

We provide dispatch services for any period of time and number of hours, including, of course, long-term (1 month or more) full-time referrals. Fees are calculated by the hour according to skills. We will arrange services for the number of days and hours required to help you avoid unnecessary costs. Ten-Nine provides social insurance to relieve you from those procedures and costs.
