Interpreting

  • Position
    Coordinator
  • Duties
    Coordination of interpretation service requests from clients
This position entails general coordination of interpretation services based on client requests.
It includes coordinating staff and making arrangements to support business meetings that require interpreting.
Building close relations with interpreters, sharing information, and providing appropriate proposals to client companies all go into achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Consult on dates, times, places when interpreting staff are required, and the objectives and size of the event
  • Use that information to propose the skill levels and numbers of interpreters and draft an estimate
  • Confirm the details and documents, and follow up on interpreter preparations
  • If necessary, accompany interpreters on the day of the event
  • Use client feedback to improve the next job

Translation

  • Position
    Coordinator
  • Duties
    Coordination of translation service requests from clients
This position uses our translator network to build teams and complete the translation of documents required in a wide range of business situations.
Coordinators appropriately share information with translators and provide optimized proposals to clients to deliver the very finest translation services.
  • Consultation on the objectives, character counts, delivery dates and delivery methods of documents to be translated into English
  • Based on this information, select the best translator from among our registered staff and draft an estimate
  • After the order is booked and the translator delivers the translation, work with professional checkers to compare the translation against the original and manage quality
  • Deliver the translation by the deadline
  • Use client feedback in the next job

Staffing and referral services

  • Position
    Coordinator
  • Duties
    Coordination of interpreter and translator referrals to clients
Support globalization by referring interpreters and translators for on-premises work at major Japanese and international companies. Clients have a wide range of requirements, for example, interpreters assigned to specific individuals or translators assigned to specific units. Select the best candidates from among registered staff and propose them to the client.
  • Consult with the client on the type of staffing required and the terms and conditions offered
  • Select appropriate interpreters and translators from registered staff
  • Use recruiting sites if suitable staff is not available for the project
  • Propose the best candidates to the client
  • Accompany recommended candidates to their first meetings with clients
  • Work with the client to provide follow-up as necessary while registered staff are employed

Global Communications

    Project developer, trainer
  • Duties
    Develop, propose and introduce English education services at large companies
    Coaching services for "English for business people" programs
This position involves the provision of business English education services to large companies.
Programs are customized to the client with the goal of proposing and running practical English lessons that are immediately useful in business situations.
The position also entails coaching on ultra-short-term English programs for business people.
It is a career that fully leverages English skills.

    Starting from 200,000 yen/month
    * Overtime paid separately. * Determined on the basis of previous jobs, experience and skill.
  • Sample wages
    4 million yen per year. Coordinator, 25 years old, 2 years experience (assuming 30 hours of overtime)
