What are the merits of temp-to-fulltime referrals?

Interpreters and translators are highly ambitious individuals and many aspire to work on a freelance basis, which means that it can prove difficult to secure highly capable staff for the long term. If you are considering hiring an interpreter or translator on a fulltime (or contractual) basis then we recommend you use our personnel referral service. The hiring of highly capable language professionals is a time-consuming and costly process. If you are looking for someone with training in interpreting and/or translation, who is experienced and has a proven track record and who is willing to work long term, then we strongly recommend that you use our dedicated personnel referral service.

With personnel referrals, we'll take care of everything from narrowing down the list of applicants to interviewing candidates, at no cost to you. We also offer a temp-to-fulltime referral service that allows for a period of temporary employment before you hire the candidate, thus enabling you to assess their capabilities.

The merits of Ten Nine Communications' personnel referral system

We currently have 2,400 interpreters and translators on our books, which gives you a wide array of options from which to select the best candidate for your requirement. We can also recommend individuals for fulltime positions who are not aspiring to go freelance, but have a long-term career plan.

We'll take care of the entire process from advertising to hiring, thus helping you to cut costs and secure a highly capable interpreter or translator. Our fees are contingency-based, so you pay nothing until the employment contract is complete.

Our coordinators check the skills of and interview candidate staff before any referral is made and we will only refer the most appropriate personnel for your requirement.

On top of this! The merits of Ten Nine Communications' temp-to-fulltime referral system

The temporary contract ahead of formal hiring allows you to assess the skills and appropriateness of the individual, so you can avoid any possible mismatch before you commit. At the end of the temporary contract, if you and the staff member agree, then a formal contract of employment can be signed.

You will only be charged the dispatch fee for the duration of the temporary contract. We do not invoice you for a referral fee until the formal employment contract has been signed.
