At Ten-Nine Communications we acknowledge the due care required in protecting personal information that is provided for the purpose of delivering interpretation, translation and temporary staffing services by individuals registered with us and employees of this company to be a social responsibility. We have established the Privacy Policy set forth hereunder so as to ensure we fulfill this responsibility, and all trustees and employees of this company are committed to handling, managing and maintaining the personal information held by us appropriately and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We will not collect or use personal information unless we have obtained your prior consent. Even if we have obtained your consent, we will use your personal information only within the scope of the consent, and will not use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected without obtaining your prior consent. We will not share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Ten-Nine Communications unless we have your consent or have a legal requirement to do so.

Personal information held by this company is subject to rigorous management. We have strict rules governing the acquisition, archiving, management and disposal of personal information and take systematic measures to manage ID number and password information, which are designed to prevent unauthorized access, theft, loss, destruction, tampering, leakage and unauthorized usage of personal information held by this company.
We will endeavor to rectify any problems arising in connection with the handling of personal information without delay and will take all reasonable steps to prevent their recurrence.

  • Your personal information may be shared with other trusted businesses in so far as these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
  • If you wish us to update, modify, delete, or disclose any personal information we hold on you, please contact our Privacy Officer. Please note that you will be asked to identify yourself before we are able to process such requests. 
  • This company accepts no liability for the return of personal information that is to be deleted (and/or withdrawn).
  • Please note that you can decline to submit personal information but that it may not be possible for us to provide the designated service in the event that the information requested by us is not forthcoming.
  • Details of personal information options are given on all our registration forms (both electronic and paper).
